My yoga and meditation classes are designed to be safe and encouraging environments for all levels of Yogi, from absolute beginners to advanced.

My style of yoga is based on Baron Baptiste’s Power Yoga, where Breath, Focus, Flow, Foundation and Heat are the pillars of the practice from which you can gain both strength and flexibility of body, mind and spirit.

The origins of Yoga date back to 1500-900BC, yet it was discovered that only in the 11th Century AD that humans first wrote down detailed instructions of the physical asanas and breathing exercises. So, Yoga is an ancient practice that started off as a meditative practice only. In today’s world of over emphasising thinking and doing, I like to harness the even more ancient and powerful meditative practices within my yoga practice and classes.
