An integrative and metaphoric tool that uses embodiment practices such as dance to explore the intersections of timeless spiritual wisdoms, psycho-somatics and the latest scientific understandings of the structures and flow of reality.
Metaphysical Dance (my personal descriptor) was born from my life of passionately exploring the intersections of a wide range of wisdoms and practices from dance, yoga, psychology. philosophy, spirituality and quantum physics, that when integrated offer amazing mental, physical, emotional & spiritual evolution, joy and freedom.
MD is a process for those curious, courageous and dedicated enough to look beyond the physical to understand the essence of what is really going-on within and between every aspect of their lives, both personally and collectively.
For it is not just the mind that is “intelligent” but the whole body, alas everything that exists. Therefore for those able to read it, the body is a physical gateway or map of the invisible subconscious energetic patterns and definitions that radiate throughout one’s holographic and paradoxical multi-dimensional universe.
Every thought, emotion, word, action and atom is ENERGY. Energy that is in perpetual change and governed by universal laws that are constant. The skill of dancing in harmony with life, is in the understanding and aligning with these laws.
In everyday life it offers creative, engaging and transformative ways for individuals, couples and or groups to appreciate the unchanging universal laws such as; resonance, dissonance, alignment, integrity, balance, structure and flow that help to build confidence and faith in oneself and life.
In other words. learning how to instinctively walk one’s talk with ease and confidence from a core of integrity, empathy and reciprocity. Empowering people to create and maintain healthy and balanced relationships with all things; physical and non-physical, personal, business and spiritual.
